- 1 20–ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Use your hands to break apart the frozen shredded hash browns inside the package.
- Then, open the bag of and pour the hash browns into your air fryer basket.
- Use a spatula to spread them into an even layer.
- Give the top of the hash browns a light spray with nonstick cooking spray and close the air fryer drawer.
- Set the temperature to 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Open the air fryer basket drawer and use a spatula to gently flip the hash browns over. Spray the tops again lightly with the cooking spray and cook them for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until they have turned golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- If you are using frozen hash brown patties, set the temperature of your air fryer to 400°F with a cook time of 15 minutes, flipping the patties once during the cooking process.
- For gluten-free diets, be sure to use a brand of package fries that is labeled gluten-free.
- Store any leftover cooked hash browns in an air tight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes before serving.
