Can I use regular lamb chops in this recipe?

Yes. The lamb loin chop is basically like a beef sirloin. It has the same t-bone and is very tender. The lamb chop is more from the ribs and might not be quite as tender, but will still cook the same.

What if I don’t have olive oil?

Avocado oil is also a great high-temperature oil to use in this recipe.

How do I know when lamb is done?

Use an instant-read thermometer to check for the internal temperature of the chop to be at 145°F.
