  1. Peel and chop your sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Place the chopped sweet potatoes in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, cinnamon, and sea salt, and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the sweet potato cubes into the basket of your air fryer.
  5. Set the time to 12 minutes at 400°F, stopping to toss the cubes once during the cooking process.
