Homemade Energy Balls

What are energy balls anyway? They are generally a healthy, no-bake cookie that can be enjoyed as a snack or dessert. They’re great to take to a party or give as gifts since they are so easy to make. Energy Bites can usually be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week, but they never last that long at my house.

This recipe is special because it’s high in protein with just real and simple ingredients.
