To make these energy balls, all you have to do is mix the RX Nut Butter Almond Butter with some coconut oil, coconut flour, and chocolate chips. Then, you chill them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until they are delicious little bites. I know you are going to love this recipe!

Ingredients
- 3 packets RX Nut Butter Almond Butter (about 6 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the RX Nut Butter Almond Butter, coconut oil, coconut flour, and chocolate chips. Use a spatula to mix together.
- Then, use your hands to form 12 small balls, placing each one on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
The balls will keep in the refrigerator in a tightly-sealed container for up to a week.
