- 1 1/2 cups hot water (use filtered water to avoid any chlorine flavor)
- 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Pour the hot water into a mug.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice to the hot water.
- Stir the mixture until the cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and honey are dissolved.
- Let the tea cool slightly before drinking.
Notes
- Feel free to leave out the honey if you want an unsweetened tea. Or, you can substitute the honey with your favorite sweetener.
