Whether you’re new to your electric pressure cooker or you’re a pro, you’re going to love this round-up of the Best Healthy Instant Pot Cookbooks. There is something for everyone in this book review.
My first cookbook, the Healthy Meal Prep Instant Pot Cookbook, came out in June of 2019. It is an authorized Instant Pot cookbook and it was so much fun to write. It has been the most amazing experience to have people writing to me and letting me know they are making and enjoying my Instant Pot recipe book.
While I was writing the book, I had the experience to review a whole bunch of other Instant Pot cookbooks. There are so many good ones! I love that you can find whatever kinds of recipes you are looking for, from specialty diets to meal prepping to weight loss. I tend to go for simple pressure cooker recipes.
So, without further ado, here is my list of the top 10 best healthy Instant Pot Cookbooks, with a few bonus recommendations at the end. Each of these titles is authorized by the Instant Pot company. I hope you find these reviews helpful and that you find something for your healthy Instant Pot kitchen. Enjoy!
