I can understand how upsetting the backlash in transitioning from a specific diet like veganism was. I was vegan in my teens but can still remember how strong my feelings were on the whole lifestyle–and it is all consuming. Now, I take info from all the food plans and use what works for me and don’t label it. I’ve also been too strict in the past, so working on that. Listening to what others have overcome is motivational to me–thanks!
