A healthy and easy dessert with only two ingredients
- 1 cup berry-flavored cashew kefir
- 1/3 cup white chia seeds
- Combine the kefir and chia seeds in a bowl and use a whisk to stir together.
- Set aside for 15 minutes to thicken, stirring at least once more to get rid of any clumps.
- Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 4-5 days.
