A healthy and easy dessert with only two ingredients


  • 1 cup berry-flavored cashew kefir
  • 1/3 cup white chia seeds


  1. Combine the kefir and chia seeds in a bowl and use a whisk to stir together.
  2. Set aside for 15 minutes to thicken, stirring at least once more to get rid of any clumps.
  3. Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 4-5 days.
