Recipe Steps
Step One
The first step of this carrot celery juice recipe is to gather up all of your ingredients.
If you’re using a blender to make your juice, combine the ingredients in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix.
Step Two

If you’re using a blender, you’ll need to add between 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water to the ingredients to help them blend.
Step Three
The last steps are to juice the ingredients and to serve the juice.
Or, blend the juice until it is smooth.
Step Four
If using a blender, strain the juice in a nut milk bag.
You can store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots (about 4–6 carrots)
- 1 bunch celery (about 8–9 stalks)
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
- 1 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
Instructions
- Wash and gently pat dry the produce. Chop the ingredients into sizes that will fit through the feeding tube of your juicer.
- Juice the ingredients, alternating between hard and soft items.
- Serve the juice immediately.
