The long-handled trivet is a must-have for pot-in-pot (PIP) cooking, such as cooking a meatloaf, soufflé, or casserole in your Instant Pot. To cook in this way, you need to place your dish on a rack to keep it off the bottom. This long-handled trivet makes it so easy to remove the dish once it’s done cooking.
If you love your 6-quart or 8-quart Instant Pot, then you’ll love the mini 3-quart! It’s so perfect for side dishes and cooking for one or two people. I use mine at least several times a week. One of my fav recipes for the mini is my Cranberry Relish.
This stainless steel steamer basket can hold veggies, eggs, potatoes, or anything else you can think of. The basket keeps the food from sitting in the water, and the silicone handles makes it easier to grip. This item is a must-have for healthy cooking!
These silicone molds are perfect for making egg muffins. Egg muffins are like a crust-less quiche, and they’re so perfect as a meal prep, grab-and-go breakfast food. The Detoxinista has a great recipe for healthy Instant Pot egg bites.
For Instant Pot desserts like cakes, you’ll want this cake pan with a removable bottom. It’s what I use and recommend for my gluten-free Instant Pot Spice Cake. The one I linked to will fit in any size of Instant Pot, so it’s extremely versatile. I also use this exact pan to make my Instant Pot Pumpkin Custard (dairy-free and paleo).
An extra sealing ring can come in handy if you can’t get the cooking odor out of your original one. Some cooks use one sealing ring for savory dishes and one for desserts only.
8. Souffle Pan
I use this souffle pan that fits perfectly into my 6-quart Instant Pot. It’s the ideal size for pot-in-pot cooking. This one is ceramic and is oven safe, too, so it’s a nice piece for your overall kitchen.
This is my book! It’s authorized by Instant Pot and it’s perfect for anyone who wants to cook healthy meals that are ready for busy weekdays. Don’t miss my complete round-up of the best Instant Pot cookbooks.
Turn your Instant Pot into a slow-cooker with this lid. Did you even know your Instant Pot had a slow-cook setting? I am constantly learning new ways to use the Instant Pot. Is it just so versatile!
That’s it! I hope you found something new to accessorize your Instant Pot and make you feel more inspired to use it in a different way. Happy shopping/cooking!
