If you’re looking for a healthy savory snack idea, you’ll love this meal prep olive cup featuring Lindsay Snack and Go! olives that is low-carb, grain-free, and perfect for on-the-go snacking.
I never used to be a savory snack person. I could pass by salty snacks all day long, but I could never pass up the candy bars and sweets. Once I got further along my health journey and learned more about nutrition, I realized I was doing myself a disservice by choosing sugar snacks that only depleted my energy further.
I believe that the ideal snack is actually a blend of healthy fat and protein to help keep energy up and to avoid sugar crashes. My ideal snack is healthy, satisfying, and easy to grab between appointments or projects.
I was thrilled when I was asked to feature Lindsay® Snack and Go! olives on my blog. It’s a convenient, real food snack option that is also tasty and made with no artificial flavors. You can eat the Snack and Go! olives on their own, or mixed with other ingredients to make your own snack cup.

Olives are such an amazing food that fits with low-carb, paleo, keto, and Whole30 diets. For the savory meal prep snack cups that I’m sharing with you today, I combined olives with sliced roast turkey for the ultimate in tasty snacking.
Snack and Go! olives come in several types, including Pimiento Stuffed Spanish Manzanilla Olives, Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives, and Medium Black Ripe Pitted Olives. I love them all!
