This Pineapple Weight Loss Smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious blend of fruit and even a serving of vegetables (don’t worry, you won’t taste the veggies). Perfect for a quick and healthy snack, it’s designed to keep you full and energized while supporting your weight loss goals.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt (use a plant-based version for dairy-free diets)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets (or 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, pineapple, and banana in a blender.
  2. Add the frozen cauliflower, chia seeds, honey, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  1. Using frozen pineapple chunks or frozen banana will give you a thicker smoothie.
  2. You can substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option. I like using plain cashew yogurt or soy yogurt.
