- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets (or 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, pineapple, and banana in a blender.
- Add the frozen cauliflower, chia seeds, honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Using frozen pineapple chunks or frozen banana will give you a thicker smoothie.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option. I like using plain cashew yogurt or soy yogurt.
