If you enjoy healthy meals but don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen, I think you are going to love The Quick & Easy Healthy Cookbook!
Healthy Meals Ready in 30 Minutes?
Yep, you read that right! I have a new cookbook coming out on 12/17/19 (pre-order it here) with 125 recipes that can be prepped, prepared, and ready in a 30-minute timeframe. It was a challenge for me to write that many healthy recipes that can be prepared quickly, but it was also a lot of fun.
The recipe ingredients are all clean and simple, and with fewer than nine ingredients per recipe. I skipped the processed food ingredients and stuck to real food items, such as fresh and frozen produce, clean proteins, and lots of gluten-free and vegan options.
Healthy Weeknight Meals
Shifting to a whole foods diet can be difficult when recipes require expensive items and ample prep time, or assume a lot of prior cooking knowledge. But with my new book, shopping is simplified, meal prep is smarter, and food hits the table faster than ever.
The Quick and Easy Healthy Cookbook includes:
• Beyond organized―All recipes, from Loaded Sweet Potato Toast to Chicken Tortilla Soup, are arranged by time, serving size, and dietary breakdown, as well as helpful labels like “extra quick,” “kids love it,” and “freezer friendly.”
• Be prepared―The Quick and Easy Healthy Cookbook turns your kitchen into a well-oiled machine with helpful prep lists including tools, appliances, and pantry items.
• Simple shopping―All whole ingredients in this healthy cookbook are common and simple to find; no wandering the grocery store for obscure items.
The Quick and Easy Healthy Cookbook is your resource for putting faster, healthier meals on the table and adding more time back to your life.
Some Recipe Photos from the Book
This Scallops with Lemon-Butter Sauce recipe is sure to become a favorite. This recipe can be made from start to finish in 22 minutes.
This Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli dish is another busy weeknight favorite. I like to serve it with steamed white or brown rice.
My new cookbook has dessert recipes too! This Healthy Berry Cobbler with Oat Topping is so easy but tastes divine. It’s healthy too.
