Here’s a festive and healthy recipe for a Sparkling Tart Cherry Mocktail that is both alcohol-free and sugar-free. This is a great bubbly mixed drink to make for friends or family who want to celebrate without alcohol.

  • Total Time: 11 minutes
  • Yield: 3 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice (from about 3 medium oranges)
  • 1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice (from about 2 limes)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup lime-flavored or orange-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine the cherry juice, orange juice, and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir to combine.
  2. When you’re ready to serve, divide the ice between two cocktail glasses.
  3. Divide the juice mixture between the glasses and then top each glass with the sparkling water. Stir to combine and serve right away.

Notes

  1. You can juice the oranges and limes up to a day in advance. Store the citrus juice in a tightly-sealed container in the refrigerator until you’re ready to make the mocktails.
  2. I like the Spindrift brand of naturally-flavored carbonated water, but you can use whatever brand you like. Just make sure there are no added sugars. You can also use regular plain sparkling mineral water, too.
