am so happy can’t believe the end of Vegan MoFo 2013: The Vegan Month of Food is already here! It has been a busy month of cooking, photographing, eating, blogging, eating, blogging, and eating, but it’s also been a lot of fun and I’m thrilled I was able to participate.
Since this post is my 22nd entry for Vegan MoFo, that means I not only beat my past two years, but I met the 20 post recommended minimum, woo-hoo!
Here’s a brief overview of some of the posts I wrote that I really liked:

What I learned:
Vegan Mofo 2013 solidified my commitment to blogging and helped develop my niche as an advocate for both compassionate and healthy living. Even though blogging is a ton of work, it is absolutely my passion in life right now and I love, love, love doing it.
What I could do better:
I was so focused on creating new content for my posts that I didn’t have much time to discover new blogs. While I did install the Vegan Mofo RSS feed on my Feedly blog reader, I currently have over 500 unread posts (yikes!) and I may have to pull the “mark all as read” trick. However, I’ve been checking out new ones at the rate of about 1-2 a day and there is a lot of talent out there being devoted to promoting vegan food which I find very exciting.
Despite the challenges of creating five new blog posts a week, will I participate in Vegan MoFo again next year? Heck, yeah, it was so much fun and I’m already looking forward to it!!! 🙂
