Air Fryer  Acorn Squash

Air Fryer  Acorn Squash is a simple and delicious healthy side dish.  Serve this naturally sweet squash with a drizzle of maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon for the perfect fall recipe.

Ingredients

– acorn squash – olive oil – sea salt – ground cinnamon – maple syrup

Wash & pat dry acorn squash. Cut lengthwise in half. Discard the seeds & strands from the squash.

Step 1

Rub outside & inside of squash with oil.

Step 2

Place the two halves of squash inside air fryer, cut side up. Cook until the inside is fork tender.
