Quick Air Fryer Bananas

When you want a quick and delicious snack, try this recipe for Air Fryer Bananas.  The sweet fruit gets coated with sugar and cinnamon and caramelized with a golden crispy crust that tastes like a healthy Bananas Foster.  This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and  dairy-free.

Ingredients

– ripe bananas – coconut oil – coconut or brown            sugar – ground cinnamon

Peel bananas & in half. Cut each halved section down the middle lengthwise.

Step 1

Place bananas into a bowl. In a small bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar & cinnamon. Stir gently to combine.

Step 2

Add melted coconut oil, sugar & cinnamon to the bananas.  Gently toss to combine. 

Step 3

Cook for 5 minutes at 375°F. Flip the bananas & cook until caramelized. Serve warm.
