Delicious  Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash

Learn how to make Air Fryer Spaghetti  Squash for a quick and efficient method. Spaghetti squash is a great low-carb alternative to cooked pasta that is nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients

– spaghetti squash – olive oil – sea salt – black pepper

Cut the ends off the spaghetti squash. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds.

Step 1

Place squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Drizzle olive oil between the squash halves, along with the salt & pepper.

Step 2

Transfer cooked squash to a cutting board. Use a fork to break up the flesh of the cooked squash into spaghetti shaped strands.
