– coconut sugar
– salt
– baking powder
– unsweetened applesauce
– egg or flax egg*
– melted butter, ghee,
or coconut oil
– vanilla extract
– milk or unsweetened almond milk

Combine frozen blueberries, flour, coconut sugar, salt & baking powder.
Stir to combine.

mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.

Combine the wet & dry mixtures. Fill the muffin wells ¾ of the way full.
