Almond Milk Using Skinned Almonds

Here's how to make the world's creamiest almond milk using skinned almonds!  The process is a bit time-consuming, but it is worth it.  You won't believe how creamy this dairy-free milk is.

Ingredients 

  – raw almonds   – filtered water

Place your almonds in a large mixing bowl to prepare for peeling.

Step 1

Add very hot water to your bowl & let soak.

Step 2

Rinse after soaking. Use your hands to manually remove the skin from each almond.

Step 3

Blend almonds with water for about 35-45 seconds.

Step 4

Strain the milk through a nut milk bag to remove the almond pulp.

Step 5

Pour mixture into storage container & serve immediately.  You may store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
