Anti-Bloat  Green Drink

This green Anti-Bloat Green Juice uses ingredients known to help reduce symptoms of bloating and water retention. Try this delicious and nutritious green veggie drink using a blender or a juicer.

INGREDIENTS: – 1 medium cucumber – 2 stalks of celery – 1 small fennel bulb – 2 kale leaves, stems removed – 1 lemon, peel removed – 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled – 1 green apple – 3–5 fresh mint leaves

Prep the veggies for juicing by washing and chopping into small pieces.

Add the ingredients plus water to base of blender. Alternatively, you can use a juicer to juice the ingredients.

Blend the juice until it is thick and fully blended.

Strain the green juice mixture through a nut milk bag to remove the fiber.

Serve the juice immediately, or keep any leftovers in an airtight jar in the fridge.
