Butter Coffee Recipe

Learn how to make Butter Coffee that can replace breakfast if you are doing intermittent fasting. This satisfying beverage won't break your fast!

Ingredients

– brewed hot coffee from organic beans – grass-fed butter or ghee – MCT oil or Brain Octane oil (optional, depends on whether or not you’re fasting) – collagen protein

Combine coffee, butter, MCT oil, and collagen protein in the base of a high-speed blender. Place the lid on tightly.*
