Dairy-Free Corn Casserole

– Nonstick cooking spray – whole corn kernels, liquid drained out – creamed corn – dairy-free yogurt – lemon juice – coconut oil, melted – egg – cornmeal – gluten-free baking flour – granulated sugar – baking powder – sea salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, creamed corn, yogurt, lemon juice, coconut oil, egg, cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
