Ingredients
– prepared mashed potatoes, chilled
– flour
– fresh chopped chives
– sea salt
– olive oil
– sour cream (optional)

In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, ½ c of flour, egg, chives & sea salt.

Mix ingredients to make batter. Add flour until batter is thick enough to stick together.
