Simple Crockpot Green Chile Chicken

This recipe for Slow Cooker Green Chile Chicken is so easy and delicious. You only need five simple ingredients for a hearty and flavorful chicken dinner that is not too spicy.

Ingredients

– avocado or olive oil – organic, boneless,  skinless chicken thighs  – taco seasoning – green chiles – fresh rosemary

Heat avocado oil & add chicken thighs to the pan. Place a lid on the skillet & cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 1

Transfer chicken to a slow-cooker. Pour the green chiles over the chicken & sprinkle on the taco seasoning. Add fresh rosemary on top.

Step 2

Cook for 4-6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
