Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

Here's a great meal prep recipe that is ready in 20 minutes. This chicken salad is dairy-free, paleo, Whole30, and low-carb.


– cooked shredded or chopped chicken  – walnut halves, chopped and toasted  – dried cranberries (use unsweetened cranberries for keto, low-carb, and Whole30 diets) – celery stalks – lemon, juiced – mayonnaise –hot sauce 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, walnuts, cranberries, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and hot sauce. Stir well to combine.

Step 1

Serve immediately, or cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
