Easy Shrimp Udon

Are you looking for a quick and healthy shrimp Udon dish to make for dinner? Look no further! This recipe is easy to follow and takes just minutes to prepare.


– dried Udon noodles – olive oil – raw large shrimp – garlic – carrots – sugar snap peas For the sauce: – reduced-sodium soy          sauce – rice vinegar – brown sugar – sesame oil – toasted sesame seeds 

Cook Udon noodles. Cook shrimp with garlic until slightly pink.


Sauté the vegetables. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce & sesame oil to make the sauce.


Toss all ingredients together. Stir and heat for serving. Enjoy!
