Simple  Gluten-Free Blueberry Crisp

This recipe for Gluten-Free Blueberry Crisp is a delicious dessert that can be served at anytime of year. Use frozen or fresh blueberries and top them with a sweet crisp topping. Vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and dairy-free.

– nonstick cooking           spray – fresh or frozen           berries – maple syrup – arrowroot starch – lemon, juiced – gluten-free flour  – coconut sugar – chopped pecans – coconut oil, melted – sea salt

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Toss berries with maple syrup, arrowroot starch & lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.

STEP 2

Make topping by combining flour, coconut sugar, pecans, coconut oil & a pinch of sea salt. Stir until crumbly.

STEP 3

Spread the topping over the blueberries & bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
