Combine the plant milk & vinegar. Stir & set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & sea salt. Stir to combine.

Stir in the milk and vinegar mixture, eggs & coconut oil.

Step 2

Stir batter until it is smooth with no lumps.

Step 3

Bake until the top starts to turn a golden brown & a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
