Gluten-Free Date Walnut Bread

INGREDIENTS:

– gluten-free baking          flour – brown sugar – baking powder – ground cinnamon – Medjool dates – walnuts – eggs – vanilla extract – unsweetened          applesauce – unsweetened almond          milk – coconut oil

Combine the dry ingredients. Add dates & walnuts. Stir and set aside.

Combine the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Combine the wet & dry ingredients. Add the melted coconut oil and stir until a batter forms.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.  Bake until the bread turns a golden brown. Enjoy warm!
