How to Freeze Cauliflower

Sometimes, you may find yourself with excess cauliflower that you don't know what to do with. Luckily, there is an easy solution - freezing cauliflower! This guide will show you how to freeze cauliflower so that you can enjoy it later on.

Ingredients

– cauliflower – ice and water

Break cauliflower into florets.

Step 1

Steam or blanch the florets.

Step 2

After steaming or blanching, place florets in an ice bath. Transfer to a lined baking sheet.

Step 3

Freeze for up to 24 hours. Transfer the frozen cauliflower florets to a zip-top bag for long-term freezing.
