– 15 dry bean mixture
– olive oil
– filtered water
– onion
– carrot
– celery ribs
– crushed tomatoes
– chili powder
– sea salt
–freshly-ground black pepper
– lemon, juiced

Rinse & drain the beans in a fine-mesh colander.
Pour the beans into an Instant Pot.
