No-Soak Instant Pot 15 Bean Soup

On a cold day, there’s nothing better than a hot bowl of soup. This vegan-friendly Instant Pot 15 Bean Soup is the perfect easy no-soak recipe. 

– 15 dry bean mixture – olive oil – filtered water – onion – carrot – celery ribs – crushed tomatoes – chili powder – sea salt –freshly-ground black           pepper – lemon, juiced


Rinse & drain the beans in a fine-mesh colander.  Pour the beans into an Instant Pot.


Add olive oil & water. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.


Stir in chopped onion, carrots, celery, crushed tomatoes & chili powder. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
