Simple  Instant Pot Baked Apples

You only need 30 minutes and five simple ingredients. This recipe is naturally vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.

– sweet red apples – coconut or brown           sugar – ground cinnamon –  raisins – chopped almonds,          pecans, or walnuts – water

INGREDIENTS:

Wash & core the apples. Remove about 1/3 of the inner apple to allow enough room for the filling.

In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, raisins & chopped nuts.  Stir to combine.

Use a spoon to divide the mixture between the apples, carefully filling the hole of each apple.

Place the trivet into the bottom of the Instant Pot.  Add water to the bottom of the pot.
