Japanese Sweet Potato Fries

Have you ever had Japanese sweet potato fries?  They are amazing!  So crispy and just the right amount of sweetness.  Here’s how to  make them.

Ingredients 

 – Japanese sweet             potatoes – olive or avocado oil – sea salt – ground black pepper – Your choice of ketchup             or dipping sauce

Cut the potato into sticks.

Step 1

Toss the fries with oil, salt & pepper.

Step 2

Spread evenly on a baking sheet & bake, flipping halfway through.   Enjoy hot.
