Delicious Keto  Deviled Eggs

This recipe for Keto Deviled Eggs is low-carb, sugar-free, and so delicious.  This protein-rich snack or appetizer is an American classic.

Ingredients

– hard-boiled eggs – Dijon mustard – hot sauce – mayonnaise – white wine vinegar – paprika (optional)

Peel & slice eggs in half lengthwise.

Step 1

Remove cooked yolks & set eggs on a serving tray. Mash yolks in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise & vinegar to the bowl.  Stir until smooth.

Step 3

Place yolk mixture into the corner of a plastic bag. Cut the corner off & pipe the mixture into the empty egg halves.
