– white potatoes – unsweetened           almond milk – vegan butter – sea salt – ground black pepper – brown or green lentils – cooking oil – onion or shallots – garlic cloves – tomato paste – fresh sage leaves

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Cook the potatoes & transfer them to a mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Mash potatoes with almond milk, vegan butter, salt & pepper.

STEP 3

Cook lentils on the stovetop using the directions on the package.
