Oat Milk Egg Nog Recipe

This homemade Oat Milk Egg Nog is a delicious holiday drink with no dairy! You can make it vegetarian or vegan.

Ingredients

– egg yolks (leave out for vegan – maple syrup – unsweetened oat milk – ground cinnamon – ground nutmeg, plus extra for serving – vanilla extract

Combine egg yolks and maple syrup.

Step 1

Combine other ingredients in saucepan.

Step 2

Slowly add egg mixture to temper.

Step 3

Heat to simmering and serve warm or chilled.
