Panera Chicken Noodle Soup

You've got to try this homemade Panera Chicken Noodle Soup. This Copycat version tastes just like the restaurant version!

Ingredients

– olive oil – onion – garlic cloves – boneless, skinless chicken breasts  – carrots – celery ribs – dried thyme – reduced-sodium chicken broth – bay leaves – uncooked egg noodles (use gluten-free, if necessary)

Pour in the olive oil and let the oil heat up for a few minutes. Add the onion and garlic and let it cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 1

Turn the heat to high and let the soup come up to a simmer. Then, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in the noodles, and turn the heat back up to high. Let the soup come up to a simmer until the noodles are tender and cooked through.
