Salmon Stir Fry

Try this simple Salmon Stir Fry for a healthy and flavorful dinner. You can use whatever veggies you like the best or have on hand!

Ingredients:

–uncooked skinless         salmon fillets – gluten-free           stir fry sauce – cooking oil – garlic cloves – onion – bell pepper – green beans or          broccoli florets – chopped scallions – toasted sesame seeds

Step 1

Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces & marinate in 1/4 cup stir fry sauce.

Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onions & garlic over medium or med-high heat.

Step 3

Add vegetables & remaining stir-fry sauce.  Cook to desired texture.

Step 4

Remove veggies. Heat salmon & marinade until cooked through. Combine & serve.
