Slow Cooker Sausage Curry

Slow Cooker Sausage Curry is a satisfying dinner that is so easy to throw together. Chutney adds great flavor to the sausage.


– pre-cooked sausage  – onion – potatoes – carrots – curry powder – prepared mango      chutney or apricot jam  – reduced-sodium      vegetable or beef broth – frozen peas – cornstarch

In the base of a slow cooker, combine the sausages, veggies, curry powder, chutney or jam & broth.


Cook on low for 6 hours.  About 15 minutes before the end of the cook time, stir in the frozen peas & cornstarch.


Allow the curry cook for 15 more minutes to thicken the soup & defrost the peas. 


Serve hot & enjoy!
