This Vegan Honeydew Smoothie is perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

– honeydew – cucumber – coconut milk – fresh mint leaves – crushed ice

Step 1

Use a melon baller to remove the melon flesh from the rind.

Step 2

Combine honeydew, cucumber, coconut milk, mint & ice in the base of a high-speed blender.

Step 3

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately.
