Vegan Mexican Buddha Bowls (Meal Prep Recipe)

– olive oil – onion – canned black beans – water – canned corn – cooked brown rice – romaine lettuce – avocado – tahini – chili powder – ground cumin – limes – salsa or pico de gallo – fresh cilantro

Sauté the onion & let the beans heat through.


Whisk the tahini sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
