Here's how to make a yummy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie using silken tofu. This is a plant-based version of a classic cream-based dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
For the crust:
– unsweetened, dried shredded coconut – raw almonds – pitted dates
For the filling:
– organic silken tofu – maple syrup – vanilla extract – cocoa or cacao powder – natural peanut butter – dairy-free chocolate chips

Blend almonds, dried coconut & dates in a food processor. Press into the bottom of a pie tin & place in refrigerator.
