Coffee Popsicles

Cool down and energize at the same time! Try this delicious Coffee Popsicle recipe using leftover coffee. Make them dairy-free with coconut milk or plant milk.

Ingredients

  – brewed coffee or espresso - coconut milk or cream - maple syrup

Brew coffee or espresso and let it cool down.

Step 1

Blend or stir in coconut milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.

Step 2

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Serve cold.
