Simple  Slow Cooker  Chicken Curry

You only need five main ingredients for this delicious Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chicken Curry.

Ingredients

– peeled & cubed          sweet potatoes – coconut milk – red bell pepper – onion – chicken thighs or        cutlets – curry powder – dried thyme – dried ginger – sea salt – ground black pepper

Combine sweet potatoes, coconut milk, red bell pepper, onion, chicken, curry powder, thyme, ginger, salt & pepper in a slow cooker.

Step 1

Set the temperature to low for 7-9 hours or high for 6-7 hours.
