Hearty Oat Milk Pancakes

These hearty Oat Milk Pancakes are made by combining oats, oat milk, and a few other ingredients into a blender.  Then, the batter gets cooked into fluffy pancakes that everyone loves. This recipe is both gluten-free and dairy-free.

– unsweetened oat milk – vinegar – egg – vanilla extract – coconut oil, melted – maple syrup – uncooked gluten-free           rolled oats – baking powder – sea salt – toppings of choice

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Combine milk & vinegar in a blender. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

STEP 2

Add egg, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup, oats, baking powder & sea salt to the blender.

STEP 3

Blend on high until fully combined. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
