Ground Chicken Lettuce Tacos

Ground Chicken Lettuce Tacos are a low-carb and protein-rich meal that everyone loves.

Ingredients:

– mango – red onion – red bell pepper – limes – ground chicken – ground cumin – dried oregano – salt & pepper – romaine lettuce – avocado

Step 1

Cut mango into bite sized pieces.  Stir mango, red onion, bell pepper & lime juice to combine.

Step 2

Let salsa sit for 30 minutes.  Cook ground chicken in a heated, non-stick skillet.

Step 3

Add seasonings. Remove chicken from heat & cover.  Fill cleaned lettuce leaves with ground chicken.

Step 4

 Top with mango salsa & add sliced avocado.
