Instant Pot Teriyaki Salmon and Rice

Instant Pot Teriyaki Salmon and Rice is a one-pot meal using frozen salmon. This recipe is a game-changer for busy nights.


– long-grain white rice – water – frozen salmon fillets  – rice wine vinegar – coconut aminos or    reduced sodium tamari – toasted sesame oil – maple syrup

Rinse rice until water runs clear.  Transfer rice to the  instant pot.


Add water to the rice & place the salmon filets on top.


Lock on the lid & set to 4 minutes cooking time at high pressure.


When cooking time is up, transfer cooked rice & salmon to a serving dish.


In a small bowl, combine rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame oil & maple syrup. Stir & pour over salmon & rice.
