This Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea recipe is an anti-inflammatory and can also help boost the immune system.

Ingredients

-water - ginger - turmeric - lemon - honey (or maple syrup)

In a saucepan, simmer turmeric and ginger root.

Step 1

Remove or strain out the turmeric and ginger pieces.

Step 2

Stir in the lemon juice and honey. 

Step 3

Serve hot and enjoy!
