Oat Milk Creamer Recipe

Here's how to make oat milk using steel cut oats. This recipe can be used as a dairy-free coffee creamer or as a milk replacement.

Ingredients

– steel cut oats – filtered water – sea salt – maple syrup

In the base of a high-speed blender, combine steel cut oats & water.

Step 1

Blend on high until well combined. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer & gently squeeze out the milk.

Step 2

Pour filtered oat milk back into the blender. Add sea salt & maple syrup. Blend for 5-10 seconds.
